We serve the greater Austin area and surrounding communities. Travel charges may apply for some locations.

3. Service Requests and Scheduling

When you request our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about the service needed
• Provide accurate property address and access information
• Be available at the scheduled time or provide appropriate access arrangements
• Ensure a safe working environment for our technicians
• Notify us of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible
• Pay for services as agreed upon

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel appointments at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving unsafe conditions, non-payment, or inappropriate behavior.

4. Pricing and Payment

All pricing for our Services will be provided before work begins. You will be informed of:

• Service fees and labor charges
• Material and parts costs
• Travel charges (if applicable)
• Emergency service fees (if applicable)
• Any additional charges that may apply

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For commercial accounts, payment terms may be arranged separately.

If additional work is needed beyond the original estimate, we will obtain your approval before proceeding.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship and provide warranties on our services as follows:

• Workmanship is guaranteed for a period specified at the time of service
• Parts and materials may have separate manufacturer warranties
• Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear
• Warranties are void if work is modified or repaired by others

If you experience issues with our work, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to address warranty claims in a timely manner.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plumb-Quick, its employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, property damage, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use our Services
• Any damage to property that existed prior to our service
• Concealed conditions or pre-existing issues not visible during inspection
• Delays in service due to circumstances beyond our control
• Damage caused by third parties or acts of nature

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to liability.

7. Property Access and Safety

You are responsible for:

• Providing safe and unobstructed access to the work area
• Informing us of any hazards, pets, or special conditions
• Securing or removing valuable or fragile items from the work area
• Ensuring that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained (where applicable)
• Providing accurate information about the property and plumbing system

We reserve the right to refuse service or leave a job site if we determine that conditions are unsafe or if access is denied.

8. Permits and Code Compliance

Some plumbing work may require permits or must comply with local building codes. We will inform you if permits are required and can assist with obtaining them. You are responsible for any permit fees unless otherwise agreed. All work will be performed in accordance with applicable codes and regulations.

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that circumstances may change, and we will work with you to reschedule at a convenient time.

Cancellation fees may apply for same-day cancellations or no-shows, particularly for emergency service appointments. We will inform you of any cancellation policies at the time of scheduling.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Plumb-Quick or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use our trademarks or trade dress without our prior written consent.
